Certified and active USCG Licensed Merchant Marine Officer with more than 30 years of sea experience and active TSA\TWIC credential. 100 Gross Ton Master License since 1991 and many other marine certifications including certificate from the Florida Maritime Institude and NRD of Puerto Rico.
Capt. Luis was involved in the marine live since very young by his grandfather-in law, Luis Torregrosa who held the record of the first Blue Marling caught in San Juan in the late 1940's. His grandfather, Luis Sierra Sr. was also a merchant marine officer.
Vast experience piloting Sport Fisherman vessels, Express cruisers as well as Motor Yachts & high-tech performace yachts.
